Evolving with the changing times, our company’s name too changed over the years but the values have remained steadfast. Incorporated in 1980 as a Private Limited Company under the name of Garden View Properties and Hotels Private Limited, name changed to K. Raheja Universal Private Limited in 2003 with the objective to create a distinct Raheja brand. The name further changed to Raheja Universal Private Limited in 2009 to distinguish it from the other K Raheja Brands. After becoming a Limited Company in 2010 the name of the company was changed to Raheja Universal Limited. However, on 25th June 2012, the name of our company was changed to Raheja Universal Private Limited, and subsequently on 9th August 2012 the name of our company was changed to Raheja Universal (Pvt) Limited by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.
